My Mom "Katie"
would have been 61 years old today, and next month my little sister Stephanie would have been 35. It seems like it hasn't been that long since the car accident , I always think about who they would be today, and how our relationship could be.. It helps me to try to be the kind of Daughter and Sister they would have wanted to grow up with. The best thing in the world is that I know where they are, and I know that I will be with them again someday, and then we can get to know eachother. For now they are watching over all of those they loved, and no-doubt, serving others, and making new friends. I Love, and miss you.

Ants in his pants!
Poor little guy, he hasn't had the best luck with ants, it seems that every bite he gets he has a more severe reaction, a couple of weeks ago we were out at Loren's Parents home celebrating Emmilyn's Birthday, along with her twin Uncles Hunter, and Dillon's Birthday's. Anyway, P was the retriever in a game of swimming pool basket ball, and the basketball ended up in an ant pile, and then on his belly, so he jumped in the water and must have forced some down his swimsuit, and when they couldn't escape , they attacked! It was horrible and today the swelling is almost gone, but some itchy blisters have been left. The first few days I was horrified I couldn't believe how red and swollen it could get, and I was expressing to my mom over the phone, that maybe I should take a picture for comparison sake, which my attentive little boy immediately responded,"please don't put it on your blog Mom! Well I assured him that I would never do that to him, and he thanked me.

We love Grandpa Bob!
My big strong Dad gave us all a good scare a couple of days ago, when he had a Heart Attack! He had a stint put in his 80% clogged artery yesterday and is recovering at home this evening. It really made me realize how much I still need my Dad, I have always known how much I love him, but I still need him, he has always been such a big part of my life and is more every day! Thank you to all of my friends who also know and love my Dad, thanks for all of your thoughts and Prayers, all of our family is very grateful that he is still around...
Sweet Uncle Jim...
Prayers everyone, please while we wait to see if my Amazing Uncle Jim gets his Lung Transplant, there is nobody more deserving than him... He has Pulminary Fibrosis, and he recently won his battle with Prostate cancer which was necessary to be considered for the transplant list. My Uncle is one of the sweetest most spiritual men I know, evey time I see him (which is pretty often), he lets me know how much he loves me, and he always tells me how much I remind him of my Mom Katie (i love that). Everyone who knows him, loves and respects him......I will keep you posted.

Something worth while...
- I am not proud of the fact that I am enjoying reading other blogs, but I can't find the time to creatively update mine, this has left me feeling a little inadequate. INSPIRATION>>>There are some pretty gifted bloggers out there who make me laugh and sometimes cry... Check out; http://www.nierecovery.com/... Every day there are amazing people who are enduring life's trials, giving other's inspiration, recently I have realized that Heavenly Father truly preforms miracles all day long using his son's and daughter's here on Earth to bring them to fruition.

LOL...

Emmilyn has been growing her hair for a while now, and has always wanted to donate it. Finally it was long enough to get a good 10 inches, and still leave some for a stylish do. Emmi is such a sweet girl and it doesn't surprise any of us that she would set this goal and follow through. Locks Of Love is a wonderful organization that provides wigs for financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada.****If you click on Em's picture it will take you to their web site.

The first day back, was too adventerous...
My children were all very excited, and anxious to be getting back to school, we were mostly prepared and I was stoked to have the day off to run errands and catch up on household stuff, like finishing "Breaking Dawn". Anyway we got out to the Yukon, which is usually in the garage and it had the front drivers side window busted out, and our Stereo/ DVD system was ripped out of the car and all our DVD's and music were gone..... Needless to say the kids were upset, especially Porter, he didn't want me to go back home alone, and he started crying, which got me goin, but luckily we have been blessed with amazing people in our lives, who came to our rescue, so we didn't have to walk to school and the grocery store (thanks) Kristen. Also Porter's fabulous Teacher Mrs. A. who interjectected just in time and let Porter be her helper.
Loren's new job is going great at Chase, despite having a gun to his head durring the robbery, last week, luckily everyone is safe and kind of sound. With all of the stuff we've had in the last few months we can truly see how blessed we are to be alive and healthy, and have employment. We have had such wonderful friends and family there when we have needed them! The only pics I have today are the ones of the truck, they'll be "2nd day of school pics" We have definetly had enough drama to last the rest of the school year!
